I have a nice selection of affordable original oil paintings available in my Fox Studio Etsy shop, including this one. You can get the details and purchase it here. It’s of a domestic Mongol horse foal I saw on one of my trips to Mongolia. He was having a bit of trouble balancing, but was finally able to scratch that itch.
I also offer a variety of animal-themed coloring pages, available for immediate download and only $1.99. Here’s one example:
I saw this wonderful cheetah on an art workshop/safari in Kenya in October of 2004. Cheetahs have always been one of my favorite big cats and it was a thrill to see them going about their business in the wild. You can download this big cat here.
All my Etsy listings in my Fox Studio shop are now 20% off in the site-wide holiday sale that’s on now through Dec. 3! Affordable original oils, drawings and downloadable coloring pages. You can see everything on offer here. Here are some examples of what’s available…
I photographed this handsome guy at the Denver Zoo last year. He was one of eight who were showing off for each other. Spring had sprung!. Click here to bid
MORNING NEAR GOOSE LAKE oil on canvasboard 8×6
Goose Lake is in the far northeastern corner of California and extends over the Oregon border. There is a state park with a very nice campground. This scene is from the surrounding area. It was a beautiful fall morning!
Just listed on EBay. Seven day auction. Starting bid- $40. Buy it now- $60. Free shipping. Return in 14 days for any reason.
“Scratch That Itch” is a 10″x8″ original oil painting on canvas board. It is unframed.
The subject is a takhi foal I photographed at Hustai National Park in May of 2005. One of the rarest animals in the world (there are only around 2000), takhi are the only surviving species of true wild horse and are being reintroduced to three locations in Mongolia. I’ve been lucky enough to visit two of them.
